Join Licensed Medical Massage Therapist and RYT500 Danny Rossy in this therapeutics class focusing on aches and pains and weaknesses. Using a combination of restorative and strengthening poses and acupressure points; this class empowers every student to find poses that are appropriate for their body. Danny uses chairs, bolsters, blocks, blankets and anything else to assist you in addressing your individual needs.
